PETSc 3.0.0 patchlevel 5 has been installed with the default software stack in /usr/apps/math/petsc/petsc-3.0.0-p5.

The following PETSC_ARCH have been built: abe-intel10, abe-intel10-c++, abe-intel10-c++-opt, abe-intel10-complex, abe-intel10-complex-opt, and abe-intel10-opt.

If you are using a PETSc makefile, then set PETSC_ARCH to one of the above builds and then set PETSC_DIR to /usr/apps/math/petsc/petsc-3.0.0-p5/$PETSC_ARCH. This is slightly different than the previous installations.

If you require alternative builds with non-default interfaces enabled etc, please email mathsoft@ncsa.uiuc.edu.
