ScaLAPACK is installed in /usr/projects/ncsamath/scalapack/SCALAPACK on TG-NCSA (Mercury).
It is currently compiled for MPICH-GM and for MPICH-G2.
To use it with BLACS and MKL (LAPACK):
- add one of the following to your .soft file and resoft
MPICH-GM
+scalapack-mpichgm-intel71
+scalapack-mpichgm-intel80 (with +intel-mkl70)
+scalapack-mpichgm-intel81 (with +intel-mkl70)
+scalapack-mpichgm-intel90 (with +intel-mkl70)
