The GOTO BLAS library is installed in /usr/apps/math/goto on Cobalt. To access GOTO via the soft environment, put +goto in your ${HOME}/.soft file and 'resoft'.

To link with the Intel compiler:
ifort: ifort -o yourcode yourcode.f ${GOTO_HOME}/etc/xerbla.f -L${GOTO_HOME}/lib -l$GOTO_LIB
